Costruita durante i lavori di fondazione della città di Sabaudia ed inaugurata nel 1934, è alta 22 metri, lunga 55 e larga 29, ha una facciata in travertino di due diverse colorazioni mentre i fianchi esterni sono ricoperti di mattoni rossi. Sopra il porticato dell’ingresso principale si trova un mosaico di Ferruccio Ferrazzi, dove sulla facciata è rappresentata l’Annunciazione con Sabaudia e la costa con il Circeo sullo sfondo.
L’interno è a navata unica con sei cappelle semicircolari sulle fiancate, due pulpiti simmetrici ai lati dell’altare maggiore. Sempre all’interno è collocata la Cappella Reale voluta dalla Regina Margherita a seguito della scomparsa del consorte Umberto I, a cui è stata dedicata. Originariamente era a Roma all’interno di Palazzo Margherita (oggi sede dell’Ambasciata USA) e fu donata nel 1935 dalla Regina Elena alla Parrocchia SS. Annunziata.
Disegnata da Emilio Stramucci e realizzata dall’ebanista Michele Dellera, ha un altare intagliato in noce sovrastato da un tabernacolo su cui è posta una statua lignea del Beato Umberto; nell’importante controsoffitto, anch’esso in legno, è scolpito lo stemma di Casa Savoia.
Il battistero, a forma cilindrica, è collocato sul sagrato alla destra della chiesa, mentre sulla sinistra si eleva la torre campanaria alta 47 metri

Built during the foundation of the city of Sabaudia and inaugurated in 1934, it is 22 metres high, 55 metres long and 29 metres wide. It has a travertine façade in two different colours while the outer sides are covered in red brick.
Above the portico of the main entrance there is a mosaic made by Ferruccio Ferrazzi, depicting the Annunciation with Sabaudia city, her coastline and Mount Circeo in the background.
The interior has a single nave with six semicircular chapels on the sides and two symmetrical pulpits on either side of the main altar. Inside, there is also the Royal Chapel wanted by Queen Margherita after the death of her consort Umberto I, dedicated to him.
The chapel was originally located in Rome inside Palazzo Margherita ,now US Embassy. It was donated by Queen Elena to the SS. Annunziata parish in 1935. It was designed by Emilio Stramucci and made by the cabinetmaker Michele Dellera. It is possible to see , in fact, a carved walnut altar surmounted by a tabernacle on which a wooden statue of Blessed Umberto is placed.
The important false ceiling, also wooden made, is carved with the House of Savoy Coat of Arms. The cylindrical baptistery is located on the right of the church while on the left stands the 47-metre high bell tower.
